What is the status of my order?


To check the status of your online order, we ask that you please go to our Order Status page.


Can I return my irons to Sephlin to have their lengths and/or lie angles adjusted?


Yes, Sephlin Golf offers both length and lie angle adjustment services for a fee. You can return your irons to Sephlin to be adjusted. You may also make arrangements directly through Sephlin Golf by calling our Customer Service Department at (208) 524-1441. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm Mountain Standard Time.


How do I arrange to have my Sephlin club repaired or replaced?


If your Sephlin club has been damaged through normal use, we ask that you please call our Customer Service Department at (208) 524-1441 to discuss your repair/replacement options. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm Mountain Standard Time.


How can I determine the authenticity of my club(s)?


The only way to confirm the authenticity of your club(s) is to purchase from an authorized Sephlin Golf retailer. Please do not send any clubs to Sephlin Golf for authentication.


Where can I get a replacement head cover for my club?


Sephlin Golf will be happy to provide you with a replacement head cover for any of our current products. We ask that you please e-mail or call our Customer Service Department at (208) 524-1441 and provide your street address as well as which club model you have.


Does Sephlin golf offer any recognition for a hole-in-one using your product(s)?


Sephlin Golf is pleased to offer a commemorative plaque to those who get a hole-in-one using our equipment. We ask that you please E-mail or call our Customer Service Department at (208) 524-1441 and provide the following information

Am I able to ship internationally?


Sephlin.com does ship or bill orders to international addresses outside the United States.


Can I use my Sephlin Gift Card at my local retailer?


Sephlin Gift Cards are redeemable at Sephlin.com only.


When will my order ship?


Orders are shipped every business day (Monday-Friday excluding holidays). All in stock Standard orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days following payment authorization and verification. Exceptions to this include orders that are placed on Friday after 12:00 PM MST, over a weekend or on a holiday, as well as any order requiring special handling such as custom options (length/lie angle adjustments or custom shafts/grips, etc.). All in stock standard orders with UPS Express shipping placed before 12:00 PM CT will ship the same day. Any custom order or backordered items placed with UPS Express shipping will ship via selected express method upon receipt or completion. Please note that, at this time, no order may be shipped outside of the United States or to non-U.S. APO/FPO addresses. Depending on the shipping service provider for your order, a package may be left without a signature at the discretion of the shipping service provider. Sephlin.com can do nothing to prevent this from occurring.


Why does my custom order show back ordered?


While the stock version of your custom club may be available, please keep in mind we are building your club specifically for you. If you would like to know the progress of your order, please contact our Customer Service team.


Does Sephlin Golf accept idea submissions for new products?


As an industry leader, Sephlin Golf is committed to offering the most technologically advanced and innovative new products available to consumers. To meet this commitment, Sephlin Golf accepts idea submissions from individuals not employed by Sephlin Golf.In addition, Sephlin Golf does not pay for ideas or intellectual property rights from non-employees or non-consultants unless a separate written agreement is entered into and signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Unsolicited ideas disclosed to the Company are not treated as confidential nor do we assume any responsibility for guarding your idea against any loss of right, or claim of title.Therefore, while we thank you for thinking of Sephlin Golf Company concerning submission of your idea, we are unable to accept your idea submission.
